General Policy 

Arriving at the clinic
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time. This will give you plenty of time to check-in. Arriving late will rob you of precious appointment minutes as each session will be finished exactly on time as a courtesy to the next client.

Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, please call the clinic at least 48 hours in advance.
Since I turn away other clients to hold your reservation. If you do not cancel your appointment you will be charged the deposit.

Packages/courses
All packages and courses must be payed for in advance to secure the discounted price.
All packages and courses require 48 hours notice for cancellation. No refunds are given on cancellations with less than 48 hours notice.

Treatment aftercare
Please refer to the aftercare for all services. Please follow the aftercare stated to maintain results. The results from each treatment will differ from client to client. Further treatments may be required to achieve the realistic results explained in the consultation.

Deposit
My clinic is primarily a "by appointment" business, therefore, last minute cancellations can have a great impact to our business. Because of this deposits of 50% are required.
The amount charged will be applied toward the services on the day of your appointments.
I will wait for a maximum of 48h for your deposit payment. After this time your appointment will be cancelled.
